Biography:
Professor Fairouz Kamareddine works as a Professor of Theoretical Computer Science in Heriot-Watt University in Scotland. Fairouz Kamareddine has been involved in a number of worldwide consultancy assignments, especially on education and research issues working for United Nations and the EU. Her research interest includes Interface of Mathematics, Logic and Computer Science. She has held numerous invited positions at universities worldwide. She has well over 200 published articles and a number of books. She has played leading roles in the development, administration, and implementation of interdisciplinary, international, and academic collaborations and networks.

Foundations of Mathematics, algorithms  and Computation.

Boris Stilman received MS in Mathematics from Moscow State University, Russia, and two PhDs in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from National Research Institute for Electrical Engineering, Russia. In 1972-1988, Dr. Stilman was involved in the research project PIONEER led by a former World Chess Champion Professor Mikhail Botvinnik. At the same time, in Moscow, based on his 17-year experience with project PIONEER, Dr. Stilman developed Linguistic Geometry (LG), a new theory for solving abstract board games. In 1991-2018, Dr. Stilman continued development of the theory and applications of LG at the University of Colorado, USA. A leap in the development LG was made in 1999, when he (with a group of scientists and engineers) founded STILMAN Advanced Strategies (STILMAN). Over the last 20 years, a growing number of applications of LG developed at STILMAN passed comprehensive testing and powered intelligent defense systems in the USA and abroad. In 2010, Dr. Stilman broadened the scope of his research on intelligent systems via investigating the structure of the Primary Language of the human brain including the Algorithm of Discovery. Dr. Stilman published several books and over 200 research papers. He is a recipient of numerous R&D awards including those from USSR Academy of Sciences, US Government agencies such as DARPA (USA), major US defense contractors such as Boeing and Northrop Grumman.

Currently , he is the President of the University of IT and Communications in Baghdad, General Chair of the NTICT  annual  conference-Baghdad,  Editor  in  Chief  of  IJCI  Iraqi  Journal  for  Computers  and  Informatics, Topic  Editor-in-Chief, Intelligent  Computing in  the IJNC  International  Journal of Network Computing and Advanced Information  Management and Editor in JCIT , AISS, JINT , IJ ACT , IJIIP international journals.

Mobyen Uddin Ahmed is an Associate Professor in Artificial Intelligence/Computer Science at  Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems group and a member of ESS-H - Embedded Sensor Systems for Health Research Profile. Mobyen has 100+ scientific publication and more than 1443+ citations in last 10 years. Mobyen is involved in AI, Machine Learning and Reasoning related research and development since 2005. He has been focusing on the development of adaptive and hybrid algorithms for decision support based on artificial intelligence, machine learning and reasoning, data sciences, predictive analytics, advance signal processing, image/video processing and information fusion. His current research interest includes deep learning, case-based reasoning, datamining, fuzzy logic and machine intelligence approaches for analytics specially in Big data.

Yu-Sheng Lu received the B.S. degree in mechanical and electrical engineering from National Sun Yat-Sen University in 1990, and the Ph.D. degree in engineering from National Tsing Hua University in 1995.

From 1997 to 1998, he was at the Opto-Electronics & Systems Laboratories, ITRI. From 1998 to 2000, he was with the Institute of Robotics and Mechatronics, DLR, Germany. From 2000 to 2008, he was with the Dept. Mechanical Engineering, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology. In 2008, he moved to the Dept. Mechatronic Engineering, National Taiwan Normal University, Taipei, Taiwan, where he is currently a professor. 

Bijan Tadayon, PhD, JD, is a co-founder/CEO of ZAC. For 5 years, he was at ContentGuard, a startup encryption/DRM company, jointly invested by Microsoft, Time Warner, and Thomson, with a valuation over a billion dollars at the time. He was a co-founder of an educational multi- media software game company. He has had more than 80 technical publications and presentations and more than 100 pending or issued US and foreign patents. He got his Ph.D. degree from Cornell University (related to semiconductors and circuits, with Prof. Lester Eastman), and in the early 1990s, he and his brother designed and fabricated the fastest HBT transistor in its class. He got his BS degree in Applied Physics from Cornell, ranking second in his class. He is also a graduate of the Georgetown Law School.
